Senior Project Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to manage Transition/Transformation projects of varying complexity. This includes overseeing the schedule, scope, budget, and quality, using an approach consistent with ETHAN's methodologies. Additionally, the successful candidate will play an active role in the continual improvement of PMO processes and the development of various portfolio and program reports to enable successful project delivery.

• Lead and manage diverse project portfolios, including transformation projects and customer transition projects, utilizing best-in-class methodologies.
• Champion a team culture of timely and budget-compliant commitments, ensuring quality assurance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and C-Level executives to ensure buy-in and minimize roadblocks.
• Identify project dependencies and collaborate with relevant departments for effective resolution.
• Enable better resource management practices for improved utilization and collaboration.
• Hold accountability for project outcomes, managing virtual teams, multiple vendors, and customer relationships.
• Implement risk management strategies to handle project risks, issues, financials, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Prepare project budgets, attain necessary approvals, and monitor financials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage post-project reviews and report on lessons learned for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to standards, quality, and professionalism outlined in the Project Management methodology.
• Employ appropriate governance and quality controls for a seamless transition to our Managed Services BU.

• Extensive project management expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven proficiency in Services Transition/Transformation within Managed ICT environments.
• Effective facilitation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in fostering strategic relationships with Steering Committees and C-Level executives.
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Life Cycle and metrics importance.
• Track record of enhancing operational effectiveness through recommendations.
• Integrator experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver meaningful metrics, reports, and guidance.
• Solid experience in Enterprise-level Project Management applications.
• Self-motivated with proficiency in Risk Planning and Management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing remote or onsite staff.
• Strong Project Governance and Financial Management skills.

• Successful management of ICT projects and programs ($5M - $20M+) for blue-chip clients.
• Over 10 years of project management experience.
• Extensive experience in delivering programs using various methodologies.
• Deep understanding of client business transition/transformation.
• Skilled in forming effective teams and interpreting client needs.
• Ability to drive change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in IT Managed and outsourced Services environments.
• Strategic thinking and forward planning abilities.
• Strong references from previous employers and client sponsors.
