About the role
As Senior Project Officer (Customer Experience) you will be part of the Customer Experience team, responsible for delivering on our Customer Experience Strategy. Your main focus will be on delivering on projects that enhance the way we communicate with our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- delivering on several customer-centric change projects
- supporting standardisation, accuracy, and usefulness of content across our various channels
- facilitating stakeholder engagement, including workshops, information sessions, and meetings with senior staff
- providing internal services to teams seeking to improve their customer-centric practice
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- a tertiary degree in a relevant professional qualification and/or substantial equivalent experience
- experience leading, coordinating, and delivering on simple to moderate change projects
- the ability to be resilient, agile, and personable
- considerable interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coordinate, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
- an excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership
About the benefits
This is a fixed term full time position until 30 June 2024, Level 6 with a salary commencing at $100,533 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
