Federal government agency responsible to promote high quality supports and safe environments for all people with disability. Our client is currently seeking multiple Senior Project Officer - Regulatory and Compliance to join their busy team for a temporary assignment until August 2025.
About the role
As a Senior Project Officer - Regulatory and Compliance, you will contribute to proactive and reactive regulatory activity to promote regulatory compliance in accordance with the relevant legislations. In addition, your key duties are as follow:

• Conduct research and analysis, including local regulatory intelligence, to contribute to insights, organisational knowledge and solving of systemic regulatory challenges to promote quality and safeguards for clients
• Support the design and implementation of regulatory campaigns to inform, educate and influence of stakeholders
• Utilise planning methodologies to implement and report against multiple compliance campaigns and projects
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare high quality project reports, briefing papers and executive correspondence for presentation to senior staff

About you
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Previous experience in project management role within the public or private sector
• Strong background in implementing Regulatory and Compliance campaigns and projects
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and problem solving skills

Benefits

• February 2024 start date
• Temporary assignment until August 2025
• $65 per hour + super
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday
• Brisbane CBD location
