This full-time position will be reporting directly to the General Manager of projects, you will be a key member, responsible for driving the development and implementation of the company’s schedules.
This will be delivered through scoped maintenance work plans, materials, schedules, resource data and accurate SAP Master Data.
You will be a person who is comfortable working in a continuous improvement, team-oriented environment, driven by systems, processes and discipline.
PPS are seeking candidates with-
- Valid Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Bachelor's degree qualification in a relevant discipline OR at least 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle and phases for multidiscipline procurement, design management, mobilisation, construction, commissioning, and client handover.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Conduct forensic schedule analyses for extension of time claims, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Build schedules from the ground up, incorporating construction methodologies and integrating multidiscipline perspectives for procurement and design management.
- Facilitate strategic planning, tender, and subcontract-related meetings, providing expert scheduling insights.
- Collaborate with integrated management teams and subcontractors for schedule integration and alignment.
- Prepare and present scheduling information to management, ensuring accurate and timely communication across all project stakeholders.
- Manage and update project and resource data, ensuring accuracy in SAP Master Data and adherence to project requirements.
