What this role looks like:
- Prepare quotations and tender packages.
- Evaluate quotation/tender submissions and make recommendations to award contracts.
- Liaise with Asset Planning Staff regarding the planning and design of projects to ensure effective delivery of community needs.
- Oversee procurement processes including calling for quotation/tender submissions, request for information (RFI'S) and engagement.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Positive and engaged team member.
- Degree in a design or construction related field (i.e. Project Management, Architecture, Property Development, Construction Management, Planning etc.) or significant relevant experience.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and customer service skills.
