To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager for Petrol and Convenience. The successful candidate will be able to drive profitable sales and category growth through development and execution of joint business plans with some key P&C retailers including BP, UCB, Chevron, Metro and EG Australia

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing winning relationships with all key stake holders through high levels of contact. Leverage the relationships to influence customer to deliver share and sales growth across the TSSC snack portfolio.
  • Develop and implement monthly promotional programs across all retailers that delivers a mutually beneficial outcomes to both retailers and PepsiCo through clear pricing and activation strategies.
  • Support in building the internal education across the internal teams to improve the ongoing plans for the channel
  • Develop robust launch plans for all innovation across the channel leveraging the shopper marketing plans linked closely to the category growth drivers.
  • Collaborate with all key customers to develop and implement Joint business plans that deliver sustainable growth across both parties.
  • Negotiation of terms with all retailers to unlock mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure all strategies, plans and programs are brought to life through implementation at field level, to maximize sales growth opportunities.
  • Participate in Sales Planning Meetings to detail Petrol & Convenience plans and opportunities.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent qualification preferable, with a minimum of 2-3 years as a Key Account Manager
  • Experience in selling to organised accounts or Multi Site Owners in the FMCG industry is preferable.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales and promotional strategies.
  • Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate at a National / State / Regional level
  • Ability to identify opportunities and execute plans within accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of business reviews and how to find and communicate opportunities to customers.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
