Senior Property Manager - South Melbourne
In this opportunity, you will be managing 170 properties, using PropertyMe software with admin support and working within a supportive, energetic and professional team of over 20+ Staff members and growing!

This is a RARE Monday-Friday Role with No Saturdays in a prestigious area and agency, properties all in the inner suburbs.
You will be managing a portfolio of properties in close proximity to the office - mostly apartments. Get public transport or drive to work and use COMPANY CARs!
KEY DUTIES:

• Managing a portfolio of 170 properties
• Corresponding with clients
• Lease renewals / New applications (with leasing help)
• Organizing maintenance/repairs, compliance
• Routines: Entry and Exit reports (with inspection help/agents)
• Following up arrears

The office is based in South Melbourne, with the portfolio mainly being located in close proximity of the office, mostly made up of apartments - CAPPED portfolio!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Prior experience in Property Management with own portfolio
• Agents Rep Certificate OR Cert IV in Property
• Drivers License
• Willingness to succeed and progress in your Property Career !!
