The Portfolio & Support

• The portfolio is located around the Northern/Eastern corridor
• Work alongside a collaborative team of PMS
• Outsourced 60-70% of inspections and all PCRS
• Shared assistant for general and adhoc administration work and overflow
• As the portfolio grows you will be entitled to earn extra bonuses if on a bonus structure 

The Benefits 

• Excellent salary structure - Your choice of a higher flat base salary or lower base and Bonus/KPIS - Total earnings circa $90,000 + Super
• Take-home car & fuel allowance
• Opportunity to become a 2IC
• HOD is very involved in the day-to-day running of the department, however, this role provides a step toward leadership working with the HOD
• Earn monthly bonuses on portfolio performance

 Criteria

• Ideally 2 x years of full portfolio management experience
• Outgoing, mature, and personable nature
• A team player attitude & accountability 
• Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication
