Woombye Dental has been established for over 35 years and is a proud part of our local community. We are a busy practice and we are now seeking a full or part-time Senior Receptionist to help continue the great patient care we are known for.
About The Role:
- Welcoming patients, answering phone enquires, making and confirming appointments.
- Implementing agreed internal marketing protocols.
- Processing and managing patients accounts.
- Use of dental software (We use D4W).
- Preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment.
- Stock ordering and management.
- General Admin, including EFTPOS and HiCaps.
- Presentation of payment options using various payment plans.
- Occasional dental assisting would be of benefit.
About You:
Above all, you need to be bubbly and enthusiastic. Woombye is a real community and our patients are our friends.
A deep commitment to patient care and to be open to new ideas.
Dental Assisting experience is preferential but not essential
Good admin skills and good computer skills.
Keen to work as part of a team.
