- Your role within this practice will be to manage a warm desk for contract and permanent placements in IT recruitment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry
- Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates
- You are a current, experienced agency 360 IT recruiter (essential)
