Brunel International's client is in the provision of rental solutions for NDT & Robotics equipment. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us to grow our long-term rental business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with current and potential customers, overseeing the development and growth of our NDT & Robotics long-term rental equipment business, and providing technical service support for the NDT & Robotics fleet. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with current and potential customers. This may involve conducting market research to identify potential customers, and then reaching out to them to discuss their rental needs and how the company can meet those needs. They will also be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our clients NDT & Robotics long term rental equipment business using sales framework to identify and secure new business opportunities within key markets identify short- & long-term rental solutions and services that provide and meet their customers’ current and future needs. This will involve developing strategic plans, in collaboration with the NDT & Robotics Category Manager to increase revenue and market share, managing relationships with customers and internal stake holders, collaborating with Long-Term Rental teammates, Inbound Sales Team, Marketing staff, other Managers to increase sales opportunities, maximizing revenue for the organisation, providing technical service support for the NDT & Robotics fleet as well as understanding our Quality Statement.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines
- Experience working in the NDT & Robotics industries
- Sound knowledge of Australian NDT & Robotics market
- Sound knowledge of NDT & Robotics legislations and regulatory compliance
- Experience with a range of NDT & Robotics Equipment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Proven attitude, hunger, desire to develop new business opportunities
- Australian Driver’s Licence
