The Opportunity
The Faculty of Arts at Monash University is the largest most diverse arts faculty in Australia. The Research and Business Development team are undergoing a refresh and expansion of scope and currently recruiting for their next Senior Research Partnerships Officer to join their collaborative hard-working team.
The Senior Research Partnerships Officer coordinates the provision of high-quality advice and support to researchers in the areas of research development and partner engagement opportunities in support of the Faculty's strategy.
As the successful applicant you will be responsible for:
- Identifying appropriate external funding opportunities and promote this information to faculty researchers
- Developing research proposal budgets and providing input into high-quality competitive proposals/tenders
- Establishing and maintaining strategic internal and external partnerships and client contacts, ensuring close working relationships
- Developing high-quality promotional material and capability statements for a range of different audiences
- Providing support to research committees and administration support as required
