The Employee Health Safety and Wellbeing team are looking for a Senior Safety Consultant to join their team. Working out of Meadowbrook, you have the opportunity to coordinate, develop and implement innovative strategies to improve Health Service performance in Employee Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) including work-related violence and aggression prevention and the management of psychosocial risks.

About the Role
- Coordinate, deliver and lead initiatives to improve safety performance and employee health and wellbeing across the health service.
- Effectively manage the implementation of significant and complex safety and wellbeing projects including state-wide work-related violence and aggression prevention initiatives and Employee Assistance Program activity
- Conduct and/or coordinate sound research, analysis, and report preparation to inform ethical and informed decision making in the achievement of project or organisational goals.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including attendance at networks, forums, and committees.
