Our Australian manufacturing facility based in Regency Park, South Australia is looking for a Senior Sales & Customer Service Representative.
The Role:
As the Senior Sales & Customer Service Representative you’ll be responsible for managing existing relationships with customers and seeking business opportunities with new and existing customers for all products manufactured onsite in Regency Park and within the global Crealis portfolio.
Driving key conversations with customers surrounding orders, forecasts, continuous improvements, new products and price adjustments are daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction whilst improving manufacturing outputs while delivering positive KPI performance.
New product and business development is fundamental to the role, a rewarding responsibility. It is essential that you’ll have confidence in discussing branding opportunities with customers whilst recognising manufacturing limitations.
Principal Accountabilities
- Maintain existing customer relationships and drive customer forecasts, advanced ordering patterns.
- Proactively engage in customer meetings, lead conversations and where appropriate suggest/implement continuous improvements to existing products.
- Seek additional business opportunities within the expanding global portfolio by offering “value add” to existing customers.
- Develop new customer relationships and build upon the reputation of Enoplastic with excellent service, advice and knowledge of product offerings.
- Liaise with Crealis inter-companies on a regular basis including but not limited to placement of orders (new or repeat), communication of order status and creating new products following company protocols.
- Understand costing mechanisms, supply quotations and assist in compiling various pricing agreements.
- Take ownership and joy of New Product Development, liaise with customers and their preferences whilst ensuring specifications are achievable for our manufacturing capabilities.
- Engage with the Crealis team in daily activities and meetings to identify potential concerns and work together to find solutions.
- Support the Sales & Customer Service Manager, plus Managing Director in reporting and marketplace feedback.
- Provide support to the Sales team including but not limited to answering incoming calls, placement of orders.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity with all customer interactions.

Experience Required
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preference within a manufacturing environment. (wine, beverage and/or packaging industry experience would be highly regarded)
- Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
