Requirements:
- Prior experience sales, with an understanding of requirements in the food service industry.
- Must be a result driven, motivated individual who works well in a team and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive 'can-do' attitude!
- Willing to work in all areas of the business as required (from time to time)
Successful applicant will have:
- A proven history of reaching sales targets and goals
-An understanding of margins with specific lines and the putting together of a profitable customer basket
- An understanding of balancing the needs of customers and sales goals
- The ability to forecast trends in the marketplace and tap into these advantages with our product lines
- An ability to think outside the box to achieve required outcomes
- General knowledge of computers and IT requirements for role
Base salary of $70 000- 75 000, plus superannuation and mobile phone will be negotiated depending on experience and performance. Role has a base salary, with bonus structure in place.
