ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Salesforce Project Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of one or more projects, combining excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills. They will be key member of the PMO l team working closely with the C -Suite executives, PMO director, other Project Managers, and wider technology and business stakeholders. 

Duties will include (but not limited to) -

• Effective communication and management of project, business and technology stakeholders including C-suite executives
• Provides leadership to the project team by managing daily team activities, building, motivating and mentoring team members to meet project goals.
• Applying appropriate Project Management controls, governance, and methodology to deliver target business outcomes
• Manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
• Planning and managing the costs and benefits

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will portray the following – 

• Degree in Business or Information Technology desired
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience is desirable
• 7+ years experience implementing Salesforce project
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner or equivalently qualified in similar project management methodologies is desirable. 
• Scrum of similar Agile training is desirable
• Experience managing projects within agreed time, cost, quality and scope
