An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our passionate and talented IT team!

Reporting to the General Manager of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing delivery of Forever New's Global Digital Transformation for Omnichannel program. 

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions are to the scope, time and budget.

Get excited to: 

• Manage key projects within the initiatives pipeline on defined scope
• Strategic planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication at all levels
• Act as the main point of contact and foster collaboration amongst team members
• Drive efficiencies, in managing resources, removing roadblocks and achieving projects objectives
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, e.g., Confluence and Jira
• Maintain and communicate a clear timeline, expectations of the roadmap activities, their dependencies, and resourcing requirements
• Ensure roles and responsibilities on the project are clearly communicated and understood
• Work with the teams to analyse and identify risks and opportunities ensuring any issues that arise are communicated and managed through to resolution
• Forecast, monitor and maintain the projects' approved budget

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in large and complex organisations and having delivered software leveraging both Agile and waterfall frameworks
• Experience managing complex digital transformation Projects of work across organisational structures
• Recent experience in the Omnichannel, Ecommerce, POS systems in retail is desirable
• Highly motivated individual with a professional approach and excellent people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with analytical mindset
• Proven ability to create and lead high performing teams
