About the roles:
These roles require experienced individuals willing to learn and develop excellent knowledge in site security, building management and fire control systems, under the application of standard operating procedures. Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver 6-star customer service to Millennium’s stakeholders.
- Apply Security risk and hazard management principles.
- Be able to build strong working relationships with clients and local police.
- Deliver the security requirements across the site including effective patrolling and building inspections.
- Attend and manage incidents within the Shopping Centre, including reporting on incidents.
- Provide First-aid and CPR as needed.
About You:
- Experience in security operations preferably in a senior capacity.
- Proficient in clear communication over two-way radios and adept at writing comprehensive reports.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment, particularly in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making abilities coupled with quick problem-solving skills to handle dynamic situations effectively.
- Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret operational documents including incident reports, emergency event summaries, root cause analysis reports and O&M manuals.
- Confident in computer systems, ideally with experience in CCTV and electronic reporting systems.
Requirements
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- 3+ years of experience in a related Security services role, ideally in a retail or corporate commercial environment
- Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate
- QLD Security License (essential)
- Detailed resume` detailing previous Security experience and skills
- Valid working rights to work in Australia.
