About the role
We are looking for a Senior Service Lifecycle Analyst to lead an agile team in managing the lifecycle of TAFE NSW technology services. You will address business requirements, solve problems, and seize opportunities that empower our customers to achieve their tasks efficiently, effortlessly, and with a positive user experience.
About You
As an experienced Senior Analyst, you are skilled in delivering services to support the Service Lifecycle Group, including demand management, asset and configuration management, service transition and change, and service level and catalogue management. You effectively build trust and engagement among customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You can engage and influence stakeholders across various locations, managing expectations and presenting solutions. Your thorough analysis and recommendations ensure strategic alignment through audits, maturity assessments, and corrective actions.
A keen technologist, you continuously research new technologies and trends for improvement. Your strong communication skills, analytical approach, and organisational abilities make you a natural problem solver. You enjoy building relationships, collaborating with your team, and taking initiative.
