• Circa $100k (negotiable) plus super, company vehicle, OT, on call allowances.
• Must have water treatment experience, especially in RO and filtration.
• Field Service Role - Open to applicants anywhere in Melbourne.
• Pre-employment medical will be conducted.
The Company
Australian based company that specialises in water treatment and purification.
The Role
Reporting to the Victorian Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment throughout Victoria and Tasmania.
The role will involve;
• System design, installation, and commissioning.
• Troubleshooting.
• Emergency services.
• Maintenance of service contracts.
You will occasionally be required to travel to Tasmania to service contracts.
Key responsibilities
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers and deliver a great customer experience.
• Adhere to safety and equipment standards and practices.
• Service, repair, and commission water equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the van, and customer site.
• Understand and comply with client policies and procedures.
Skills required
• Experience in water purification and treatments.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work individually and as a team member with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and precision.
Hours
7.30am start (plus OT)
