Your New Organisation
You will be working for a well renowned Australian brand of food and beverage supplier. They are in the market for a Payroll Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. They offer a great range of benefits and are suitably located in the SE suburbs.
Your New Role
You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and completing the below duties:
- Complete the end to end Payroll cycle - 1400 employees
- Working in a team of 4 Payroll Staff
- Pronto and ADP Payforce
- Fortnightly Payroll function
- 16 Awards for internal staff
- Work with both a manual and automated process
- Payroll Queries
- PAYG
- Processing Payroll for 4 different states
- Assist with any Payroll projects
- Adhoc duties from the management team
- Work from the office each day (Occasional flexibility will be available)
What you will need to succeed
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a payroll function. Have a can do attitude to progress through the business, be able to work from the office in Oakleigh each day.
