The Opportunity

The role:
You will be responsible for the processing of client SMSF accounting records on Class Super and to support team members and the SMSF Manager;
- Maintain SMSF processing and client databases
- Reviewing and processing in Class Super
- Assist with SMSF workflow management in consultation with the SMSF Manager
- Filing of electronic records into client folders in accordance with the document storage policy
- Contacting clients for missing information where required
- Liaise with clients as required in relation to queries or concerns
- Collating and preparing annual workpapers including permanent and annual review documents
- Prepare year end accounts and reports & reviewing client files
- Attend to SMSF audit queries as required
- Prepare SMSF financial and operational reports for meetings
To be considered you will ideally have;
- Your CA/CPA Qualifications ( or studying towards)
- 4 – 5 + years’ experience in SMSF Accounting in an Australian Accounting Firm
- A team player attitude
- Knowledge of Class, Xero and MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- A dependable and personable demeanour
