The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Sous Chef role or higher
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for above-and-beyond service
- Confidence in leading the team when the Head Chef is away or asks you to run shift
- Assist with the training of two apprentices (1st and 3rd year)
- Collaborate on menu and specials
- As part of our team you will be committed to the hotel over the peak seasons, but will also enjoy a great work life balance
