Senior Strategy Consultant

Temporary role up to 6 months. Flexible working locations across our Gosford, Lithgow, Maitland or Parramatta offices. Regular travel may be required to engage with the team and our partners.?Hybrid working.?

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join the Strategy and Innovation business unit within Revenue NSW.?

You will lead and manage effective delivery of the planning, design, development and delivery of the strategic planning and performance framework to support the achievement of Revenue NSW’s Aspire 2032 Strategy.

We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player who will manage the effective delivery of corporate and strategic planning and reporting.

You will manage the delivery of insights and progress reporting including the analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of performance indicators against Aspire 2032 outcomes to enable informed, strategic decisions by the Executive team.

Your demonstrated ability to deliver high quality insights and analysis interpretation, and evaluation of performance indicators to inform decision making and facilitate review of strategic progress, will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Highly developed oral and written communication skills including the ability to prepare concise, accurate briefings and options papers and reports for Executive team
Experience in developing, improving, and managing strategic planning frameworks
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder
Strong problem-solving skills?
Strong attention to detail and accuracy?

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $116211 base plus superannuation
