The Opportunity - About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Strategy Manager role to join the team at our Sydney Head Office. In this role you will complete strategy projects with the Head of Enterprise Strategy, BU representatives and functional area representatives, as required by Group CEO, CIO and CFO.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Actively engage in Stockland's sustainability programs and support the delivery of a community and environmental shared value proposition.
• Undertake or participate in ad hoc strategy projects as required.
• Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge and experience; and seeking to learn from team members.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver a community and environmental shared value proposition that enhances Stockland's reputation.
• Enhance organisational effectiveness through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Comply with all obligations imposed by WH&S legislation, including adhering to relevant documented WH&S procedures.
• Actively contribute to Stockland's risk aware culture and performance through participating in operational risk training and adhering to relevant compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Enhance Stockland's Operational Risk leadership practices and reputation through demonstrating risk leadership within remit; adhering to relevant compliance and regulatory obligations; participating in operational risk training; and actively contributing to the development and review of operational risk procedures.

About You

• 2 to 5 years at a top tier strategy consulting firm
• Relevant business experience in real estate, construction, investments, engineering will be highly regarded.
• Advanced financial modelling skills
• Advanced presentation writing and delivery skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
