The Opportunity
The Faculty of Education is nationally and internationally recognised for excellence in teaching and research. Operating across three campuses, we offer a diverse and innovative curriculum that responds to international and local community needs, producing graduates who lead professional practice, public debate, policy and community action around the world.
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Student Services Officer to join the Education Success and Student Services team. Reporting to the Student Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support and participating in student admissions activities for the Faculty, including assessing admission, enrolment and enquiry management for cohort courses, admission assessment including E-Admissions referrals, credit, enrolments, and CRM management for admissions enquiries.
You will also deliver a high standard of customer service to clients by providing sound advice and prompt issue resolution to staff, students, and other stakeholders.
About you
This role would suit someone with a similar background in student admissions, and will have:
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills, with an ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines
- A strong commitment to excellence in customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Knowledge of University and Faculty policies, regulations and procedures pertaining to admissions and credit with proven ability to implement them
