You will be fortunate enough to join a stable team and have a Project Manager and Operations Manager who have been with the company for years, and have a great understanding of the correctional centre space you will be working in.
Areas Of Responsibility:
- Manage maintenance and minor works inside a correctional centre.
- Supervise Foreman delivering high-volume reactive maintenance and minor work projects.
- Assist in the management of client programs working with Supervisors and Project Managers and Liaising with clients.
- Report to management and clients on the status of maintenance programs, including budgets, expenditure, delivery timeframes and works still in the t stage.
- Reviewing documentation and quotes prior to submission to client to ensure the proposed scope of works matches the client brief.
- Communicate with clients and Forman on maintenance and minor works updates.
- Builders supervisor licence – desired
- Trade Background – electrical/plumbing/refrigeration
- High risk licences – EWP, Confined Spaces
- Works Contract experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with Supervisors and Foreman
- Previous experience working on Commercial projects overseeing various trades as services
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- No problem working in a correctional centre facility
