Address About the Role
We are looking for two Senior Systems Analysts who are specialist in supporting, maintaining and facilitating upgrades and UAT of Property and Rating systems together with Technology One software solutions. You will have good knowledge of Ci and Ci Anywhere and have experience in Cloud migration and implementing new modules compatible with our systems. If you have the experience we are seeking, the capacity to build strong positive relationships with stakeholders and customers and proactively seek user feedback to drive improvement, we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
• Provide technical support, advice and problem solving on Property and Rating and Technology One system.
• Migrate Ci in the Cloud to Ci Anywhere
• Implement, maintain and support new Technology One system module in Ci Anywhere.
• Proactively seek user feedback and implement changes to drive improvement.
• Support internal customers to analyse, select, implement and use technology solutions.
• Undertake system testing for upgrade or new software releases.
• Resolve escalated customer requests.
• Collaborate with other teams within IT to implement integrated solutions.
• Perform database administration tasks.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Degree in Business, Information Technology or similar
2. 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
3. Demonstrated experience in Technology One System
4. Demonstrated experience in any Property and Rating System
5. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft SQL Database
6. Demonstrated experience in creating business reports using Power BI/SSRS reporting tool
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Class C Driver’s Licence (NSW)
Position details:
Permanent full-time role, Salary: Starting From $115K per annum exclusive of Superannuation
