- Cover the absence of the line manager as the second-in-command, ensuring continuity in operations.
- Assist in the implementation of projects, contributing to their successful execution.
- Update Workforce Management (WFM) systems to track trends, ensuring accurate forecasts for effective scheduling and planning.
- Maintain forecast accuracy by regularly updating system information, addressing weekly/monthly trends, and ensuring timely updates to forecast groups.
- Own the generation and maintenance of schedules for designated forecast group units, ensuring compliance with established frameworks, reviewing leave applications, and monitoring staffing requirements.
- Support the business with through reporting including data analysis and insights looking to identify areas of improvement
- Assisting with real time support when required to monitor service performance and adherence to schedule.
- Proven experience in workforce planning within a complex, customer-centric organization.
- In-depth understanding of workforce planning methodologies, systems, processes, and telephony technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks efficiently, managing competing resources and demands.
- Adept at navigating complexity and ambiguity, providing pragmatic commercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, offering expert advice, business-focused solutions, and clear communication at all levels.
