Your New Role
Working in our Member Support team you will have a shared accountability for for resource scheduling and real time management whilst informing the forecast and capacity planning within the Service Centre to ensure successful delivery of the Workforce Management Framework.
How do you exceed our expectations?
You will have Contact centre experience and demonstrated understanding of the contact centre environment, including contact centre systems such as workforce planning, call recording, call monitoring, telephony and customer management systems, IVR and computer telephony integration
Demonstrated analytics problem solving skills
Experience in call centre operations in a service related industry
Highly developed data analysis capability
Experience in the use of workforce management tools, and call centre technology & terminology
Organisational, time management and problem solving skill
Complex decision making and prioritisation capability in a high pressure environment
Experience in a change environment involved with implementing new processes
AdvancedExcel, PowerPoint and Word skills
