We are looking for an experienced Service Administration Officer to join our growing, friendly and professional Service team.

Kennedy Property Services is a family owned and operated full service property maintenance specialist that has been working with Adelaide businesses for more than 30 years. Our core focus is property maintenance, commercial fit-outs and construction management.
The role
Reporting to our Service Manager, the Service Administration Officer will provide general support to the Service Manager and finance team.
Working full time hours, and as part of a friendly and supportive team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Allocating jobs to our team of servicemen, optimising for the most efficient daily and weekly schedules
- Working closely with our team of trades to arrange sub contractors to attend work orders and liaising with our sub contractors to ensure timely attendance and completion of the job
- Contacting customers to confirm job bookings, job progress and seek feedback on completed jobs to ensure our high standards of quality workmanship and customer service and maintained
- Purchase of materials and supplies for scheduled jobs
- General customer service and administrative support
- Reception duties
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of customer invoices for the service department by closing off jobs and ensuring invoices are completed by months end
- Assisting with the accounts receivable process
About you
You will need to demonstrate:
- Relevant experience in a construction or building administration-based role (desirable, not essential)
- Professional customer service
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Experience utilising Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with XERO (desirable, not essential)
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Field service would be highly regarded
- Time Management and organisational skills to work towards deadline orientated projects
- Excellent organisation skills with great attention to detail
- An ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A love of change and willingness to actively drive business process improvement
