Access Service Australia requires a Service Administrator for our Queensland Branch.
The Permanent Full-time position currently available is an opportunity to grow with us being an entry level role. To be successful in this role you will need to be keen to learn, have a high regard for customer service, and be willing to work as part of an active and loyal team.
Duties include:
- Administration duties including answering incoming phone calls, data entry, and assisting in managing the service database
- Welcome and direct visitors
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming deliveries
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly before submitting to head office
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager, Service Manager, and Operations Administrator as required
- Some parts ordering for our Service Technicians
- Use problem solving skills to ensure we always deliver a high level of customer service
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Customer service orientation
- Good computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Current Drivers' Licence
