Transport Field Service is a locally owned and operated truck dealership located in Warwick QLD. We are looking for an experienced Administration assistant for an immediate start. This is a full-time permanent role
Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to):
- Greeting all customers as they enter the Service department
- Attending to a high volume of phone enquiries
- Data entry
- Set up and maintain new and existing customers
- Collating and preparation of timesheets
- Invoicing
- Creditor payments, reconciliations
- Receiving payments from customers
- Banking
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as an administration assistant or similar role
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Data entry skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Driver's license
