We are currently seeking a Service Administrator based in our Brisbane Office.
Although based in our Brisbane office, the role will look after our service centre in Mackay and various customers around that area. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for Support the Service team (general administrative duties, assist with WIP management, PPE and stationery orders, organise inductions & flights) Reception and communication with customers and visitors Processing of Service jobs, open & maintain service orders, labour entry, parts ordering and purchases, in SAP Generation of Payroll report and staff attendance records Raising purchase orders and receipting of goods into E purchase Perform required SHEQ duties Requirements High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) Strong communication skills Experience in a similar administration role Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent is not essential but desirable
