Our client is a Global Transport organisation who specialise in Cargo handling solutions. They are looking for a Service Administrator to join their highly skilled team to process and monitor service orders and warranty orders.

- Raise weekly, monthly invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Input and follow up all service purchase orders in SAP.
- Raise credit note for all warranty hours.
- Customer account reconciliation
- Assist terminal manager for invoice queries.
- Liaise with retail tech specialists to ensure all relevant work orders are complete and costs allocated.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Service Administrator working in heavy equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in SAP and Microsoft Suite, TMS
- Excellent administration/ computer skills
- Experience working in a Service Field Environment
