Service Administrator (Perth Airport location)
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative tasks? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at Perth Airport. This role is full-time, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35 and is ongoing until January 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Admin for New Machine Builds: You'll play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of new machines. This involves opening service orders, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and coordinating the necessary paperwork.
- Purchase Order Management: You'll be responsible for raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Internal Parts Coordination: Ordering and managing internal parts for various projects.
- Invoice Processing: Efficiently process invoices, verify accuracy, and forward them to the accounts department.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse reports related to machine builds, costs, and project progress.
- Job Costing and Closure: Accurately track project costs, allocate expenses, and ensure timely closure of completed jobs.
- Timesheet Management: Assist with timesheet entry and validation.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Handle ad hoc tasks such as raising purchase orders for unexpected needs and ordering personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
