AddressFounded in 2017, Axis Mineral Services Pty Ltd (‘Axis’) specialise in crushing & ore sorting services for all requirements in Mining, Milling, Processing and Civil applications. Axis are currently running crushing circuits, ROM Management and general site works operations across a number of projects in the Goldfields regions, within the Mining and Civil Construction sectors.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, we have a permanent opportunity for an intermediate or highly motivated entry-level residential (Kalgoorlie-based) Administrator to join our rapidly growing business, supporting our Kalgoorlie-based local projects.
Role Requirements:
- Supporting Maintenance department with daily administration tasks including, but not limited to:
- Maintenance data entry including entering hours and fuel readings into MEX, updating service tracker, entering job cards;
- Printing off workorders, pre-starts etc;
- Entering oil samples into relevant website/portals ie: CAT/Komatsu, then taking oil samples into the local Kalgoorlie stores; and
- Log and book freight pickups in Kalgoorlie area.
- Overseeing Company Kalgoorlie residential properties that house FIFO workforce including, but not limited to:
- Managing the check-in and check-out process for all new-starters and leavers, i.e. issuing/retrieving of house keys, housing/town familiarization tours, meal planning for fly in days, etc;
- Process housing maintenance requests;
- Liaise with Real Estate Property Managers for all housing-related matters;
- Order groceries & other sundries for workers staying in company housing;
- Manage housing roster; and
- Administer housing cleaners as required.
- Generalist Administration duties including, but not limited to:
- Airport runs and pick-ups;
- Town/parts pick-ups; and
- Collate heavy transport documentation from float drivers and upload into relevant files.
We would love to talk to you if you:
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word & Teams;
- Have experience working with MEX, preferred but not essential;
- Have exceptional attention to detail and initiative;
- Have the ability to plan and effectively prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines;
- Have well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills;
- Are able to work cohesively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; and
- Are motivated, have a passion for helping, and reflect a positive attitude.
