Are you looking to drive efficiency and excellence in service provision across Australia?Our client is looking for a Service Scheduler, where your primary focus will be ensuring timely and consistently high delivery of schedules for service call-outs and equipment repairs and installations nationwide. You'll be crucial in liaising with Service Coordinators, Diagnostics Leads, and technicians to optimise workforce allocation and deliver top-notch customer service outcomes. You will work closely with an experienced Service Manager who has a long tenure with the business and prides themselves on running a collaborative and connected team.
Your key accountabilities include rostering and scheduling, ensuring that install and service technicians are allocated efficiently and in compliance with industrial awards and agreements. You'll handle day-to-day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes and align technician skills with job requirements. Maximising technician utilisation and minimising travel time are also key aspects of your role.
You'll maintain constant communication with various stakeholders, including service coordinators, diagnostic managers, and network leads, ensuring smooth operations and promptly addressing resource shortages or excesses. Reporting and financial management, as well as system optimisation, are also part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software systems, and a keen eye for detail. Outstanding organisational and communication skills, coupled with a strong customer service focus and results focus will be paramount for this role.
