We are looking for an Administrator with a well-rounded background to join our team.
You will receive guidance and mentoring from our Management team to ensure your success in this role.
Experience in disability workforce scheduling and can successfully manage all aspects of staff rostering in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience optimising staff scheduling, ensuring compliance and continuity of service
- Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise client needs when responding to service requests, clients, and employees
- Experience in Brevity highly regarded
Experienced in accounts receivables and payables.
- High volume data entry
- Process expense claims
- Prepare and Lodge BAS and superannuation through ATO portal
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Requirements prior to commencement of the position are: -
Positive Notice Criminal History Check – Yellow Card or ability to obtain one
A Police check will be carried out before commencement of role.
