The opportunity exists for a pro-active and resourceful Service Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover parental leave. Based in Dandenong South, Victoria, you will be responsible for providing quality administrative support to our internal and external stakeholders.
As the Service Administrator, you will be a highly motivated individual who thrives on being part of a team. You will be deeply passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have the ability to multitask in a fast and challenging environment.
We will consider those looking for part-time and full-time work. If part-time, days would be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of each week.
Main duties include:
- Planning of daily service, booking in jobs, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Accurately complete all documentation as it relates to service jobs and reports.
- Build effective customer relations by understanding your customers.
- Respond to technical enquiries.
- Processing of quotes, orders, and invoices
- Manage customer, service records ensuring system is up to date.
- Providing additional branch support by completing various adhoc administrative tasks
To be successful for this role:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent communication, customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft applications – outlook/excel/word.
- ERP (Infor M3) experience highly advantageous
Ideally you will have a manufacturing background with a working knowledge of and experience with machinery products and services, but this is not essential.
