The Service Advisor role is a key role in our dealerships. You play a pivotal role helping our guests get their vehicles serviced and resolving any issues they may be having with their vehicles, so this is a role for people who are passionate about great customer service.

As a Service Advisor, your role will include:
- Meeting and greeting guests promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced
- Ensuring you create a great guest experience
- Checking guests out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle
- Helping guests with any service or warranty issues
- Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on any issues a guest raises in relation to their vehicle
To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Dealership or automotive environment
- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
- Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Current manual driver's licence
