Bayswater Mazda is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Service Advisor to join our busy service department located in Bayswater.
The main focus of this position is to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for repair and maintenance service of vehicles whilst providing exceptional customer service. You will also be required to;
- Meet and Greet customers
- Take bookings and service enquiries
- Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame.
- Promote the company and source new business for the service department
- Ensure customer satisfaction
The successful applicant will also have the following experience & attributes
- Be a great communicator with a "can do" attitude
- Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task
- Sound mechanical knowledge
- Be able to work as part of a team in a high pressure environment
- Proficiency in Pentana DMS system desirable
