With deep ties to the local community, Gerald Slaven Ford is the only Ford dealership serving the ACT across 2 sites in Phillip & Belconnen and we’re looking for 2 amazing receptionists for our North and South-side Service Centre's to help deliver the kind of customer-care and experience we are famous for.
About the Role:
Most importantly, we are looking for people who understand the importance of providing amazing customer service in our Dealerships!
You’ll be the Dealership’s “Director of First Impressions”, which means regardless of how busy you are, you’ll always be personable and positive.
Duties will include, but are not limited to –
- Managing all incoming calls with a positive and welcoming manner
- Meeting and greeting our customers in a professional and warm manner
- General administration duties
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will –
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work well in a team environment
- Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have exceptional organisation & customer service skills
- Be motivated and enthusiastic
