ACT Building Inspection Services is looking for a fulltime Receptionist.
You will need –
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Competent computer skills
- Positive and professional worth ethic
- Organised and be able to work independently
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Duties will include –
- Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Scheduling bookings
- Typing and preparing high quality and professional Reports
- Emailing
As first point of contact, you will have a strong customer service attitude, with excellent organisation skills. You will demonstrate a focused approach and have excellent verbal and written communication with computer skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities are also key requirements for this role. A good first impression starts a positive relationship with our clients and we place a strong emphasis on offering our clients a high level of service.
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday - would consider working around school hours.
