Qualifications & Experience
- A positive attitude, energy and flexibility toward business growth and change
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel
- Competent, responsible and “solution-orientated” attitude
- Commitment to compliance with contractual obligations and safe work practices
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excel, word etc.
- 1 - 5 years admin experience preferred
- Must have the right to work and live in Australia
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling service work into the company systems
- Processing customer purchase orders
- Travel coordination for service technicians
- Service Invoicing support
- Site access administration (including client questionnaires, assessments forms, induction applications and client portal management)
- Working with HR to arrange technician site inductions
- Working closely with coordinators, supervisors, technicians and the operations manager
