To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our maintenance team based out of our Head Office in Staplyton.
Your Role:
As a Service Coordinator, your role will consist of the following:
- Use of our software system MEX.
- Running reports for overdue services.
- Following up on overdue services.
- Completing SOS samples using oil commander and sending them off to the lab.
- Heavy Haulage & Light Vehicle services and repairs.
- Receipt invoices related to vehicle parts & services.
- Schedule COI’s with transport department and organise defect repairs & clearances to be completed.
- Purchasing of PM service kits and distribution to sites.
- Activate work orders.
- Close work orders.

To be successful:
To be successful for this role, you must have the following:
- Experience as a maintenance scheduler.
- Experience using MEX software.
- Experience ordering maintenance parts.
- Knowledge and understanding of CAT products and parts- desired.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
