- Coordinate service schedules efficiently to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including clients, technicians, and suppliers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the service team.
- Real experience in a similar role within the electrical industry preferred, with trade industry experience desirable.
- Proven experience with SIMpro software is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
