Based in their Head Office in Artarmon, which is on the free loop-bus from St Leonards station, this is an Operational position which encompasses:
- Job Scheduling
- Communication with suppliers, clients, field technicians.
- Follow up on PO’s, limit raises, quotes, parts.
- Compliance forms, permits, pre-authorisations
- Asset Certification and lodging with the council
- Client reporting
- Working to Client KPI’s
- Managing Field staff timesheets
- Preparing closed jobs for invoicing
They are looking for someone with similar experience in job coordination with service-based industries or logistics.
You need to be organised, have a firm but friendly approach and an attitude that “nothing is too much trouble.”
Your written and spoken skills are essential with clients, suppliers and work colleagues where you will establish relationships and more fabulous commitments from all those around you.
You will be working for a large plumbing company whos have contracts to service clients across New South Wales, but predominantly in Greater Sydney.
