All So Cool has been specialising in refrigeration, ice machines, and beer reticulation systems since opening our doors in 2009. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing business who pride ourselves on our ability to meet and exceed our customer needs. We service various areas of the hospitality industry including pubs, clubs, restaurants, and sporting venues. With a passion for craft beer, we are especially proud to have worked alongside countless local craft breweries, being a key partner to support their business growth.
Based in our spacious new site at Mansfield, your role will be to coordinate our mobile service technicians to ensure our customer needs are serviced effectively and efficiently. You will have excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette. The role will enable you to build a strong network of beer and hospitality industry professionals across south east Queensland. building a reputation of delivery our services on time and to requirements. Our service technicians are a great bunch of people who love what they do, they just need to be told where to go!
Typical duties include:
- Attend and respond to incoming customer enquiries (both phone and email)
- Open and schedule new jobs and tasks on the system
- Liaise with our warehouse and procurement team to order parts needed
- Allocate tasks to technicians and ensuring all job details are logged
- Follow up on job status and close off jobs accordingly
- Organise and process customer payments
- Contact and confirm upcoming appointments with both customers and technicians
- Generate reports, quotes, approvals and ensure compliance to relevant standards
- Other duties as required
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience in demand, production, or service planning (qualifications are advantageous)
- Superior attention to detail and organisation skills
- Task focussed and able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Essentially, if you look after us, we will look after you. This is a full-time permanent position, 800am to 1630pm, Monday to Friday. Our company culture is supportive, task focused, social and interactive.
