Job description

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling tasks for 5 technicians to achieve efficient outcomes for both the customer and our business. The role also includes the administration around invoicing of service hours and spare parts supported by a dedicated spare parts manager. We service commercial laundry equipment in many businesses, Hospitality, Aged Care, Laundromat and Government sectors throughout New South Wales. When required we offer remote customer technical assistance over the phone where it is logistically difficult to attend. We also support Speed Queen laundry equipment in homes supplied through our retail partners and reseller.

Key roles

Co-ordinate service jobs for the day/week.
Book new machine install times for customers
Offer technical phone assistance
Invoice completed jobs.
Book travel and accommodation for regional work.
Advise customers of schedule changes should they be required
